Question 1

What pricing rules can a price list hold?

Accepted Answer

Hourly and mileage rates with minimums, weekend, night and holiday rates, seasons, airport areas, discounts, fees and taxes, set per vehicle type and applied the same way on every quote.

Question 2

Can I change a price by hand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each line says where its price came from, and any manual change records who made it and why, so the quote can be explained later.

Question 3

What happens when the customer asks for a change?

Accepted Answer

Send a new version. Every version is kept exactly as sent, so you can always show what the customer saw and accepted.

Question 4

Do quotes carry my brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Quotes and PDFs carry your logo, and custom branding on PDFs is included on the Pro plan and above.

Question 5

Can the customer accept the quote online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every quote links to its own page with the itinerary and each line, where the customer accepts with a signature and pays the deposit.
