Question 1

Do I have to use every part of Charter Route?

Accepted Answer

No. Many operators start with quoting and payments and add dispatch later. Every part works from the same trip, so adding one never means retyping what is already there.

Question 2

Does Charter Route replace my accounting software?

Accepted Answer

No. Charter Route handles quotes, contracts, invoices and payments for each trip; your ledger, payroll and taxes stay in your accounting software.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is $45 a month for 5 itineraries, Pro is $145 a month with unlimited quotes and team members, and Enterprise is priced for multi-location operators. Plans are month to month, with a full refund within 30 days.
