Question 1

How do I handle trips that repeat every week?

Accepted Answer

Save the route as a trip template with its stops and notes, and create each run from it. Change the date, the time and the passenger count, and the price follows your price list. Each run is its own trip with its own quote and payment.

Question 2

Can I charge per passenger instead of per van?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add a seat as a product with its price and set the quantity to the passenger count. Private groups can still be quoted per vehicle from the same price list.

Question 3

What happens when a customer changes the trip at the last minute?

Accepted Answer

Edit the trip and send the new version of the quote. The earlier version is kept as sent, and the change records who made it and why.

Question 4

Can customers pay by text message?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment links go out by email or text, and the customer pays by card or bank transfer from their phone. The payment lands in your own Stripe account and is recorded on the trip.

Question 5

Do airport fees and night rates apply automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Airport areas, night, weekend and holiday rates are rules on your price list, so every quote that matches them includes them.
