Question 1

Can brokers use Charter Route?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Brokers quote under their own brand, name the operating Part 135 certificate holder in the terms, and collect payments into their own Stripe account.

Question 2

How are positioning legs shown?

Accepted Answer

Each leg is a stop on the itinerary with its own line on the quote. You can show positioning as a separate line or include it in the leg price, as your pricing policy says.

Question 3

Can trip documents go to the client and the crew?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Itineraries, contracts and confirmations generate as PDFs with your logo, and leg notes hold passenger names, baggage and catering requests.

Question 4

Can clients pay by bank transfer or wire?

Accepted Answer

Card and bank payments run through your own Stripe account, and a wire is recorded on the trip when the funds arrive, so the balance is always current.

Question 5

Does Charter Route replace flight operations software?

Accepted Answer

No. Charter Route covers the sales side: quotes, agreements, payments and the trip record. Flight planning, crew duty tracking and maintenance stay in your operations tools.
