Question 1

What should a party bus contract include?

Accepted Answer

Age and alcohol rules, the maximum passenger count, smoking and cleaning fees, the driver's authority to end the trip for unsafe behavior, overtime, damage and the cancellation schedule. The organizer signs it online before paying.

Question 2

What is the difference between a deposit and a damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

The deposit holds the date and counts toward the price. A damage deposit is held against cleaning or repair costs and refunded after the vehicle is inspected. Keep them as separate lines so each is clear.

Question 3

Can the trip have several pickups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add every pickup and stop to the itinerary; the map shows the drive time between them, so the package hours match the night.

Question 4

Do night and weekend rates apply automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Weekend, night and holiday rates and minimums are rules on the price list, and every matching quote includes them.

Question 5

Can I refund part of a damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Refunds and partial refunds go through your Stripe account and are recorded on the trip.
