Question 1

Can I set different minimums for sedans, SUVs and stretch limousines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each vehicle type has its own hourly rate and minimum on the price list, with weekend, night and holiday rates, and the quote applies them automatically.

Question 2

How is gratuity shown?

Accepted Answer

Gratuity is a line on the quote, calculated from your price list, so the customer sees it before signing and does not pay it twice.

Question 3

Can I add stops and wait time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every stop goes on the itinerary with its time, and the hours on the quote come from the whole day. Wait time and overtime terms go in the contract the customer signs.

Question 4

Do customers get receipts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invoices and receipts go out on their own when payments arrive, and every payment, refund and partial refund is recorded on the trip.

Question 5

Can I sell wedding packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Define a package or an extra, such as a red carpet or a champagne toast, as a product with its own description and price, and add it to any quote.
