Question 1

Can corporate customers pay on invoice?

Accepted Answer

Invoices go out with each trip. Record bank transfers and checks when they arrive, next to card payments, so every trip shows its current balance.

Question 2

Can I send one monthly invoice for all of an account's trips?

Accepted Answer

Charter Route invoices each trip on its own today, with its own payments and balance. Operators who give clients a monthly statement send that month's trip invoices together.

Question 3

How do I handle roster changes?

Accepted Answer

Update the passenger count or the vehicle and send a new version of the quote. Every version is kept, with who made the change and why.

Question 4

What reports are available?

Accepted Answer

Performance analytics show profit margins and utilization per month and per vehicle, and the dashboard lists upcoming departures, open quotes and unpaid balances.

Question 5

Does it work with our CRM?

Accepted Answer

Charter Route syncs contacts and deals to HubSpot, so the sales team sees each account's trips without retyping.
