Do I need a contract for every charter?

Yes. A signed contract with your cancellation, overtime, conduct and damage terms is your main protection in a dispute or a chargeback.

Can charter contracts be signed electronically?

In the US, electronic signatures are generally valid under the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws. Keep the exact signed version with the date.

What should a party bus contract include?

Age and alcohol rules, the passenger limit, cleaning and damage fees, the driver's authority to end the trip, overtime and the cancellation schedule.

What a charter contract should include

Every section a charter contract needs, from the trip and the payment schedule to conduct, damage, weather and signatures, with notes for each type of charter.
